We are one Mennens
We would like to inform you about several administrative changes within our organization. To simplify and streamline our services, we will operate externally as one legal entity from January 1, 2026, namely Mennens Nederland B.V.
What changes immediately
- One legal entity for customers and suppliers
- Trade name: Mennens Nederland B.V.
- Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration number: 24219525
- VAT number: NL0018.83.045.B.01
The changes with the Chamber of Commerce will be processed in early January 2026. From that moment, an updated extract reflecting the new situation will be available.
What remains the same
The local branches will retain their current bank account number(s).
Invoicing
There are five invoice addresses in the Netherlands. Please always include the correct branch designation on your invoices, as shown in the examples below (and similarly for the other locations).
