All of the above are forms of collective fall protection.
The final level of protection is personal fall protection equipment, such as roof safety line systems and other fall restraint or fall arrest equipment. These solutions are generally used only when collective protection is not feasible. In practice, many roofs do not have suitable anchor points, and roof safety line systems should only be used by personnel who have received appropriate training.
