Service, maintenance and inspection of Lifting and Hoisting Equipment

Maximum safety, full regulatory compliance, and minimal downtime. Mennens is your integrated partner for the management of lifting equipment, cranes, and fall protection systems.

Maximum availability of your lifting equipment

As a safety or maintenance manager, you know that the availability of equipment is the backbone of your operation. Maintenance and inspection are not standalone tasks to simply “tick off”, but integral processes for managing operational risks.

At Mennens, we safeguard the quality of your assets throughout their entire lifecycle. From mandatory inspections to preventive maintenance and complex repairs, we ensure you comply with regulations while keeping your operations running.

Why choose integrated asset management by Mennens?

Regulatory compliance

Prevent fines and liability. Our specialists work strictly in accordance with EKH guidelines and relevant standards (such as NEN 818 and NEN 3140).

Through preventive maintenance and timely inspections, we prevent unexpected downtime and costly emergency repairs.

Reduced TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)

Well-maintained equipment lasts longer, directly lowering your total cost of ownership.

From inspection to overhaul

Inspection & Certification

The legal foundation for safe working. Periodic inspections are required under the Working Conditions Act. Our EKH-certified inspectors carry out visual checks and thorough inspections to ensure the safety of your employees.

What we do:
Inspection of lifting equipment, steel wire ropes, fall protection systems and climbing equipment.

Your benefit:
You always have approved equipment with valid certification available in our Mennens Certif portal.

Maintenance & Breakdowns

Maintaining performance and uptime. Where inspections verify, maintenance ensures continuity. We lubricate, adjust and replace components before they lead to downtime.

What we do:
Preventive maintenance on overhead cranes, hoists and hydraulics, including a 24/7 breakdown service.

Your benefit:
Maximum lifespan of your installations and immediate support in case of emergencies.

Test & Repair

In-depth testing and repair. Sometimes a visual check is not enough. In our workshops, we test the load capacity of your equipment to the limit and carry out complex repairs.

What we do:
Proof load testing (up to 14,000 kN), non-destructive testing (NDT), steel wire rope analysis (MRT) and overhaul.

Your benefit:
Certainty about the structural integrity of heavily used equipment and a second life for defective assets.
