Kiswire is a South Korean multinational company that produces 1.3 million tons of steel products annually, including steel wire rope, steel cords for (automobile) tires, (suspension) bridge cables, high-conductivity wire, and much more. There are 65 Kiswire factories, mainly located in Asia, but also in Europe and the United States. The company employs 6,500 people.

Of the 1.3 million tons of steel products, the majority is sold on the global market (export). Kiswire is the world’s largest and leading manufacturer of steel wire rope, holding a significant market share in nearly all industrial sectors.

Mennens has a long-standing relationship with Kiswire and it is our largest steel cable supplier. The factory is known for its high and consistent quality steel cables, and they deliver on this. Mennens is the distributor for Kiswire steel wire rope in the Netherlands and Belgium.
