These are mainly accidents in which the victim fell from a roof, floor, or platform (33%) or from a ladder, step ladder, or step stool (28%). The projects usually start with a request from a customer, and if it turns out to be complex, the Projects department is called in. When actually installing hoisting equipment and steel cables, it is important to keep all parties involved informed and to organize the work properly.
Once a project has been completed and the installation has been delivered ready for operation, Mennens remains involved in the annual maintenance and inspections of the hoisting installations. In this way, they ensure that their customers can continue to work with safe and reliable installations.
