You will practice various moving and lifting techniques. This way, you will be able to take good care of your physical health during your work in the (offshore) wind sector.

  • Anatomy of the human body
  • The origin and prevention of injuries
  • Practical exercises for lifting and transporting heavy objects

  • 60% theory / 40% practical
