All your lifting and hoisting equipment needs to work with optimal safety at all times. In fact, annual inspections by experts are actually compulsory. In addition to these inspections, there are additional compulsory tests for some tools. You can download the recommended testing intervals (according to health and safety sheet AI-17) here.

In accordance with EKH (Licensed Inspection Companies Hoisting and Lifting Equipment) working practices!
Your safety is our main concern. That's why the Mennens inspectors operate in accordance with EKH (Licensed Inspection Companies Hoisting and Lifting Equipment) working practices. They also work independently, are extremely skilled, and often have years of practical experience. The inspectors are continuously trained to stay up to date with the latest laws and regulations. This can be through external institutions or through internal courses.
Why extra inspections?
Our testing goes much deeper than a simple visual inspection. In the additional inspections, we use various methods, including hairline crack detection, non-destructive testing, and tensile testing.
Mennens uses the most advanced equipment. Did you know, for example, that the tensile tester in our Dongen branch has the highest capacity in Europe? No less than 1,300 tonnes! We also aim firmly for extra flexibility with our mobile tensile testers. Because these allow us to carry out inspections and tests more easily at any desired location. This does not mean any additional costs to you, such as for delivery of goods. More importantly: shorter work stoppages.
